Banking Service Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking Servce Officers to join their personal banking products team. We are looking for administrative professionals with back end banking experience.

Contract term: 29/01/2018 to 26/10/2018

Pay rate: $17.34/hour

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday; rotational 8:00am - 4:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and 12:00pm-8:00pm

Job Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience working with clients over the phone in a back end environment 
• Knowledge of Administrative applications (CIF, Creditlink etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookup, Formulas)
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced & high risk environment
• Previous banking/financial industry experience

Nice to have:

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
• ISM experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad range of operational support
• Perform general and specialized transactions
• Other processing activities 
• Support partner relationships and maintain operational effectiveness
• Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties
• Provide continuous improvement suggestions and value added input
