Our client is one of North America's largest independent manufacturers of both National Brand and Retailer Brand consumer products, product lines include Laundry, Household Cleaners, OTC Medicated, Pharmaceutical and Health & Beauty Care.
We are searching for a manufacturing Customer Service Account Planner to join our dynamic Customer Service Team based in Concord.
Essential Job Functions
-- Take customer orders by phone
-- Confirm customer orders that are received by email or fax
-- Enter customer orders in JD Edwards system
-- Set up daily truck runs by delivery area
-- Process daily C of A’s
-- Invoice completed deliveries
-- Send POD’s to customers and head office
-- Update daily reports
-- Prepare dispatch sheets for daily tanker deliveries
-- Print invoices and attach delivery slips
-- File invoices in customer files
--Contact carriers for orders delivered outside of Ontario and fax corresponding paperwork
--Contact individuals as necessary for carrier pick up numbers
--Place bulk shipment orders
Qualifications
-- 1-2 years experience in Account Receivable
-- 1-2 years experience involved in transportation/transit of products
-- 1-2 years data entry experience
-- Experience using JD Edwards software
-- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
