We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Belleville, ON. This role supports the acquisition of contingent labour for major operational clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of both established and emerging talent
- Comfortable working in an open, team-oriented environment
- Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Professional representative of the Talent Acquisition team, both internally and externally
- Strong understanding of recruitment beyond transactional hiring, able to see the broader workforce strategy
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to generate high-quality candidate pipelines under tight timelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing 5 to 12 open requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced, changing environments
- Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experience
- Proactive follow-up with hiring managers to ensure staffing plans and workforce needs are met
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or workforce management systems is an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with client managers throughout the contingent labour acquisition process
- Create requisitions within web-based workforce management systems
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, testing, and prepare required documentation
- Support time approval and contractor hour collection processes
- Maintain and continuously build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands
