Banking Operations Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Operations Officers to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Contract term: 2018-11-05 to 2019-04-19

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Full time: 37.5 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30pm; possibility of rotational Saturday shifts

Must Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail (verifying client and financial data)
• MS Excel - intermediate level required
   

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with back office applications in Banks
• Advanced Excel/VBA knowledge is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Back office/processing type of role (not a call centre).
• Responsible for review of transfer request for client transferring from other financial institutions to TD Wealth; conduct due diligence on client information, account types, transaction type and details, and mitigate risk to the bank.
• Other functions including data entry on several in-house systems.
