Banking Access Services Rep II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for an Access Services Rep to join their growing team. We are looking for ab administrative professional with strong data entry and MS Office skills with 2 years of banking/financial industry experience. 

 

Contract term: 17/12/2018 to 09/03/2019

Pay rate: $18.84/hr

Full time: 37.5 hrs per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

Must Have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must remain resilient under pressure
  • Capability to independently perform research and make informed decisions
  • Mastery skills in Office suit: Word, excel, power point
  • 1 to 2 years corporate experience
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Summary: The Access Services Rep position supports the access, equipment & telephony provisioning for newly on-boarded and transitioning employees to Personal Banking Operations. The position also supports the units by identifying, highlighting and resolving equipment and premises issues and provides information, guidance and training on operating systems. 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Access provisioning: on-boarding and transitioning requirements for Personal Banking Operations and associated internal support
  • Vendors: process system access, application and telephony requirements, passcards, equipment, and furniture requirements (small scale) in addition to inflight requirements for additional access for above
  • Create and maintain all standard operating procedures (SOP's) for all related processes
  • Maintain required SLA's for all requests and track through intake portal for Executive reporting
  • Provide subject matter expertise in area of responsibility and apply to identify and mitigate risk issues
  • Create and maintain all required job related processes and procedures mindful of appropriate storage protocols
  • Contribute to department and business experience management initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and achieve departmental efficiencies, and working to implementing practical strategies
  • Complete system access attestations in a timely & accurate manner adhering to operating & audit standards
  • Support the ongoing improvement of the partner/customer and employee experience
