Banking Service Officer I

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Officer to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals with  MS office skills with a high preference for previous banking experience

Contract term:  11/03/2019 to 10/06/2019

Pay rate:  $ 17.34 /hour 

Full-time: 37.5 hours

Schedule:Monday to Friday , 8.00am-4.00pm 

Must haves:

•  Ability to handle high volume environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Excellent Typing/Data entry (speed and & accuracy)
• Relationship building skills (able to pick up the phone, or willing to go out to network)
• Customer Service Skills   
• Experience in problem solving 
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer)

Nice to haves:

• New Grads
•  Banking experience

Job Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with both customers and partners to gather information required. 
•  Good organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• To build a relationship of mutual trust and confidence between PBDE and the customer.
• Strong attention to detail
