HR Coordinator / Onsite Representative

We are hiring an Onsite Human Resources coordinator responsible for the delivery and execution of the in-house program at our client located in Scarborough. Our client is a leading CPG company.

The Onsite HR Coordinator will be the primary contact for our contract employees working on-site, serving as a liaison between the customer, Great Connections, and field operations.

  • Manage the contingent workforce at 2 locations, schedule covers 2 shifts
  • Wage: $25/hour
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, maximum 44 hours weekly
  • Working Location: Scarborough 


Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with customers and field teams, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by successfully managing the account.
- Daily interaction with our client regarding forecasting, employee relations, increases and decreases in hiring needs.
Onboarding/Orientation of new hires
- Employee engagement
- Employee performance management
- Health and Safety management and reporting
- Employee relations management and reporting
- Work with the customer to continuously improve the associate onboarding process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources or Health and Safety related field
- Staffing Industry Onsite Management experience preferred
- Experience with packaged goods environment is an asset
- Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships with the team
- Ability to work in a high-volume and fast pace environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
