Responsible for processing more than 60 administrative functions to support retail - banking. Call center supports all branches cost to cost. Answering questions on existing files. Handle branch inquiries end to end. Complex calls will be transferred to supervisors. Training will be provided.
You must have a passion for customer service, exceptional customer skills, engaged in client focused conversations. Display professional telephone etiquette when communicating with customers. Desire to resolve concerns using a Can Do attitude, Strong verbal and listening skills are essential. excellent attention to detail. Individual must be accurate, organized and the ability to multi task and thrive customer driven. Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications. Team player. Must be bilingual (French/English).
**Start Date: May 6th**
Pay Rate: $15.70/hr
Schedule between 8:15am to 4:30pm
Garanteed 22.5 hours a week with possibility of 37.5hrs.
Duration of assignment: 3-month.
