Our client, a leading automotive company, is currently looking for an Office Admin/Filing Clerk to join the team.
- Location: Bayview/Mulock
- Department: HR Department
- Work period: start ASAP, till the end of 2017
- Pay rate: $12.90/hr
- Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Qualification: office experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Job Duties:
Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making copies before distributing
Sorting all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
Creating or update records with new files and information
Modify and improve filing systems, or implement new filing systems.
