Provide sound advice and solutions utilizing established customer advice building blocks
Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction
Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process both internally and externally.
Create and/or recognize exceptional customer service through established programs
Accurately complete documentation related to credit conditions from National queue within established standards
To provide subject matter expertise in order to facilitate completion of documentation related to credit conditions
Excellent data entry and computer skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts including Saturdays and evenings
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
AVAILABILITY: Full flex, Mon to Sat- rotation schedule- 7am-8pm
Pay Rate: $18.24/hr, 6-month contract
