Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting team. 

This position will report to the Accounting Manager and the ideal candidate for this position is a quick-learner, high achiever with a positive attitude who is looking for an excellent job opportunity in which they can thrive and integrate quickly into our team-based environment.

  • Part-time position 
  • Working location: North York

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enter personnel information for the newly hired employee
  • Collect timesheet, enter hours to process the payroll on a Biweekly basis
  • Follow up payroll issue, answer questions from employees
  • Other office administrative job duties assigned 


  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Good sense at numbers and impeccable attention to detail
  • Effective communication
  • Good time management to meet the payroll deadline

Working Location: North York

Part-time hours
